The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) considers a score of 85 on the TOEFL exam to be good for admission, exempting the applicant from the UTSA English Language Assessment Program (ELAP). It's important to remember that UTSA requires a minimum TOEFL score of 79, with a recommended score of 21 for each part. The University of Texas at San Antonio for MS in USA is good as compared to United States University for MS because at University of Texas there is two course available for MS whereas at United States University only one course is available. This course is graded by the shiksha.com for University of TExas whereas for the United States University it is not graded. Its rank is 82 as per the US News which can be considered to be a good ranking.
