University standards for a “Low” GPA vary among individuals, with a 3.0 GPA being considered low for some and a 3.5 for other. It’s very subjective to every individual. The United States of America offers three types of visas to students; F-1, J-1 and M-1. So, the cost of a student visa will depend on the type of visa you are applying for.
