Hi Harsh, yes, you can study in USA based on NIOS Certificate. But you will need a recommendation letter to get admission there, which you can collect from your university/college. Please keep in mind that acceptance rate for admission rate for foreign students based on NIOS Certificate is very less. But you should try as one never knows until they try. Please also note that NIOS is not the only criteria to get admission, you will need to give other tests also for example TOEFL ACT etc.

Hallo Gaurav
Without a GMAT score, it can be challenging to recommend universities, and you omitted to include your academic standing. Your spending limit is reasonable. I'll advise you to look over these options up until you have a GMAT score, then check the university websites for the admissions requirements. It will help you if you have a target and plan your study time accordingly. You should shortlist universities in this manner. United States of America (USA) universities have their own indigenous way of grading their students' performances and follow the 4-Grade Point Average (GPA) system. Whereas in India, the percentage is the more commonly followed practice. Candidates wanting to calculate their percentage to a 4-grade-point GPA only need to divide their percentage by 100 and multiply it by 4. So for example, if a candidate gets 80%, he would be required to divide 80 by 100 and multiply it by 4, and his GPA would stand at 3.2. This is just an illustration and is indicative only. Hello, the education systems of India and America have many differences. You will find Indian college system different from USA. For instance, the focus on quantitative learning is greater in India. Also, grading is very different in the USA and India. In India, 12th grade final board exam scores alone are taken into consideration for admission into colleges as opposed to the continuous and comprehensive high school evaluation from 9th to 12th in the US. Similarly, many top colleges have their own entrance exam apart from multiple separate course-wise national-level exams like JEE, NEET NATA etc. , while the US mostly follows the SAT.
