Yes definitely you will be eligible for MS abroad after your B.Tech in India. These days universities also offer the credit transfer course. Like if you want to go abroad fro higher studies abroad, you can take the credit transfer course of B.Tech in LPU where in due to the tie ups of the university with universities abroad you can do your first two years in LPU and the third an fourth year abroad and you will be awarded the degree of the foreign country university. CA (inter) is going to contribute to the educational credits required to be eligible to write the exam. You will not have any exemption. You will have to write all the 4 sections. Here is the brief eligibility criteria:

Hi,I would suggest you take physics, chemistry, and biology in 11, that is you should go for the Science stream. Maths is optional. I would suggest psychology as the fourth subject. Hope it's helpful.

Yes, you would be able to take up the CPA exam, as your Bachelors programme along with your Masters would provide you with enough credits to appear for the CPA exams. You should comfortably get your license as well.
