Hi, as far as I know Computer Science is an upcoming course in the USA. I have two friends who made an application for this course. Both of them went through Edwise and received admittance for the course. You should look into this as well.

Both countries have a set of merits and demerits. It is generally easier to get PR in Canada, but the weather is a bit too harsh. U. S green card is not an easy thing to acquire, but you have better opportunities and reasonably better weather conditions.

Both are equivalent. The placements are majorly integrated for all batches and specialisation. All the best.

USA is a hub of STEM programs, thus there are ample of universities that will offer you Computer Science courses. Universities usually have specific scores that they need in a particular section in the GRE exam. I personally visited Edwise for counseling and they gave me a good idea of the scores I would require. You could visit them.

Admissions to institutions abroad are based on a wide spectrum of criteria and not only on excellent academic record. Of course your very good CGPA will surely and definitely help. In view of foregoing I would like to advice you strongly that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to US and Canada for MS. They will advise you correctly as to how to go about fulfilling your dreams.

It will take a lot of time to make that change. I would suggest you don't worry too much about IELTS itself at the moment. You have taken the test a few times, so you know what is in it. You just need to think about improving your English as much as you can. So just focus on getting involved in English all you can - listening to English radio, TV, speaking it whenever you can, and reading books / magazines in English. Writing is more difficult as you really need someone to check it, but reading will help with your writing.
