Complete your LLB, and clear bar council exam in India, if you gain some experience it is better. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. Please do check university specific admission requirements for details.

In US, it is called CPA (Certified Public Accountants) and different states have different rules and eligibility for doing CPA in the U. S. You must complete the CPA programme and clear the exam and also gain experience. Usually, it is done after pursuing an accounting course or UG degree.

First of all, you need to select the course which you want to study if you want to study engineering then first of all you need to give SAT exam and TOEFL exam after that select the universities which you want and then proceed with the further process through the agent near by your city.

I don't think there is any minimum age requirement for student visa. Ideally you must complete 12 years education to apply for further studies i.e UG and you must complete a UG to pursue your Masters.

Yes, you can but many Masters degree require a four year degree course, you have to get your credential evaluated first by WES or check directly with the university. Certain universities will ask you to clear the GRE. Pace University, Marshall University, Virginia Commonwealth University and many more are there.
