Hi Anurag, one of the best is MIT which grants need-based scholarship only to deserving students. It is one of the most competitive universities and you must have an extraordinary profile to be admitted. You can also explore some scholarship options here:

Hi Janaki, it can be between 2.5 to 2.7 depending on the university's grading scale. On a scale of 10 your CGPA can be between 6.5 to 6.9. There is no official standardized grading system, you need not convert it yourself, the university will do it as per their grading policies. You will be able to submit your percentage marks on the application form.

Companies did not ask where you have studied, if you have good skills and techniques that it want. If you are good enough to satisfy the company, then you will be in reputed MNCs.

Hi, you must take the TOEFL. GRE may or may not be required, you must check the university websites. If you have a three year degree courses additional problem for admission might arise since a four year Bachelors course is preferred. You can simply check university websites like University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, and University of Princeton etc.

Hi Afeefa,
After graduation, you can do either PG Diploma or MS. With your percentile, Canada looks tough, but you can try the colleges. Your IELTS is considerably low, please retake. Since your percentage is not very high you should see that your IELTS score, SOP, LORs etc. are good enough. To study in USA, you must take the GRE. A very good GRE score can help you obtain admission. Good Luck.
