Hi,
University of California Berkeley is among the top ranked universities. You are advised to take TOEFL instead of IELTS. GRE is not required for this programme in UC Berkley but you may need to submit a portfolio and have excellent academic standing. For more details please checj their webpage.

Hi,
US and Canada will be good, Germany is into academics, so if your GPA isn't great chances are less. But, give a try. US universities are more into holistic approach, they don't have importance to just one parameter so looks better for you. Also your SAT score is good. Just check with the universities for double UG programs or double major requirements.

Hello Anurag,
Yes, you can get admission in any university/college in USA and specifically in California. Forget about your class 12th result. For undergraduate admission in US, you have to appear for SAT examination and for better scoring in English Proficiency Test you should go for TOEFL instead of IELTS since TOEFL is more accepted over IELTS in USA. Hope this helps you out, Good luck.

Else you are an x Indian in US with US citizenship. I am attaching a link which will give you all the required information about eligibility and how to get admission in this coveted United States Air Force Acad

Hello, Canada is a highly competitive in terms of getting admission. So, with average marks, it would be difficult for you to get into the Canadian universities. You can certainly apply for USA and Australia with these scores. The scholarship aspect is in the form of fee waiver that is given to the student. This aspect completely rests with the admission body who considers the various parameters of academic scores, extracurricular, work experience (if any).

Hello, Canada would be difficult option, as they do not accept more than 5 years of education gap. You can certainly try for the USA universities. Your academic scores are low, so you should possess an incredible work experience plus you need to appear for TOEFL and score well in GMAT Exam.
