Russia has cheaper fees to study, but high living cost and so with US, where both fees and accommodation is high. But, studying in less popular and low fees medical institutions, (i.e ones in lowly populated areas and not in vicinity of cities like New York and all ) in United States is much legible option, as the Russian degrees often are subjected to extra tests for practice in India. Moreover, the student programs and comparatively lesser communication gaps adds to lower overall cost to study. And, for the fees, it is almost comparatively low in all comparatively lesser populated states in US.

Hi Vasundara, now this is something you have to decide basis your own interest and aptitude. VLSI, Communication systems, Power and energy systems, Nanotechnology etc. Are just some of the very popular specializations? There could be more, universities have their customized curriculum. You have to check the websites and relate what's to your interest. Scholarships are on merit, I doubt with the current CGPA if you will be eligible for one. Work harder on your academics, prepare for the GRE very strong projects and internships, LOR etc. will also be required.

When people think about air travel, most think that when they fly they are in the hands of their pilot. While this is true, a flight crew cannot fly without the help of a team of people on the ground. An aircraft dispatcher makes airline operations work and ensures that both pilots and their passengers are able to travel safely to their destination. Flight plans, safety guidelines, and weather patterns are all part of the work performed by a dispatcher, but many wonder what exactly a flight dispatcher does while on the job. If you are considering a field in aviation, then read on to see if a dispatcher is a right job for you. Sheffield

If you are going for USA/Australia, then I would recommend you to go for web development and iOS, because majority of their audience use phones. So, you'll be able to create apps for your local audience at that time of your master's degree. Android is majorly used in countries like India and Brazil.
