All universities in the USA have their own scholarships. You don't have to apply for it separately because, by default, all applicants are considered. Certain universities require some sort of essays, etc. You can check information on their websites. You must also keep in mind that scholarships are based solely on merit.

It depends on which fall session or intake you want to get into. If you are targetting Fall 2019, you must submit your application by this year-end. Normally, the first-round deadlines are during September or October. The sooner you apply, the better are the chances. Many universities will allow you to apply before your 12th results are out. Just check with the universities directly. Check Common App portal to learn about the admission requirements and documents you need to send. The process is online, you just need to upload them. MBBS programs are highly competitive. To study in the UK take the UKCAT exams, you must also have around 75% and more to be eligible for admissions. IELTS is necessary. US and Canada have different processes for MBBS applicants must complete an undergraduate degree in biological sciences, take the MCAT and seek admissions into a medical school to commence the MD programme.
