Hi Sonmohita,
Typically, when you are applying for UG programs abroad, the university will consider you for a scholarship by default at the time of admission. In some case, you need to specify the same in your form. It's all given on the merit basis. Your profile seems good. You must now aim for a very high SAT score (above 1400) to get a chance for the scholarship. You should also note that a full scholarship is very difficult for international students, they hardly give full funding unless you have more than 95% or so in your academics and some brilliant extracurriculars. Hi Raghava,
It is possible but a very complicated possibility. You have to meet admission requirements and satisfy credit point norms for the year you want the transfer. Financial aid is less possible. You should start enquiring with universities directly and check the norms. You should bear in mind that these processes may take time and may eventually lead to year loss. So check the requirements, pros and cons and decide.

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.

GMAT only helps in early bird scholarship which is about $5000 or $7000 not more than that. None of the universities will give you cent percent scholarship. The university gives full scholarship to those exceptional students who have very good academic records.

Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing).
