Manufacturing, in general, is also on the decline in the USA for the last 2 years; so I would recommend being careful about the field that you opt for MS in. Anything that integrates mechanical and the computer has a great scope (mechatronics etc.). While fields like manufacturing will be difficult. Cost of educations is high without scholarships. Quality of Life depends on your industry and location. For Indians, it is great to live in areas like California, Texas, Georgia (with good weather etc.). In America, TOEFL is a good exam. The USA has its own criteria for selecting the student. Some countries take students without GRE, but in America many colleges prefer GRE, so if you really want to study in the USA, go through TOEFL and as for scholarship, I will suggest you to focus on the admission now.

You need minimum 50% required. You also need IELTS 6 band required. You cna do computer programme.

It will depend on your profile and your entrance test scores. Because the term "average" is relative.
So, think about it and look out for tests that will get you into MIT.

ACT scores are out usually after two weeks of the test, if there is a delay there is no need to panic. In many instances results are delayed due to verification processes or delay from the test center itself. If you check your ACT web account or the website itself you will find the results date. Sometimes due to time differences also there is a delay. If your results are not out even after 8 weeks then you need to write to ACT. Other than that there is nothing you can do.
