One year gap is accepted but you have to justify this gap to the universities, why the gap, etc. But again for PG in medical admissions are very competitive and you must give the USMLE.

Hi Pranith,
MIT is among the most selective schools in the world, you must be an extraordinarily bright student to be accepted by MIT. Very good grades in Diploma, SAT subject test, TOEFL, projects, extracurricular activities will be required. The more all-rounded your profile is the better the chances of them accepting you.

How can one possible say what you have to study without knowing your future plans? B.Sc is a very generic term.

US is not the best option currently, but Australia job market is also competitive. However, they will allow you to apply for work permit, and you can look for job. It is more flexible than current USA.

Hi Ananthu, scholarships are provided to students by the universities itself, you will be considered for scholarship at the time of admissions either by default, or you have to mention it on your application form. Scholarships are provided on merit basis, so universities will be select based on your marks, overall profile etc.

You should definitely consider your study preferences, SAT goals, and resources before deciding on a study plan. In general, we recommend starting your SAT prep early. About three months before your test should give you enough of a buffer to try a few study approaches and get comfortable with the test content.

Hi,
Some well known ones include Carnegie Mellon, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, Georgiatech, University of California Berkeley, University of California Los Angeles, University of Texas at Austin, etc. These are among the top ones, preferred GRE is above 315. For IELTS score please check the website. Normally they will prefer TOEFL. Admission requirements are not same with universities so you have to check the websites.
