Top Engineering Colleges in the World are mentioned at the link provided below. To qualify for an MS admission in the US you would need to appear for the GRE and for a language proficiency test, if required. Regards. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/top-ms-colleges-in-abroad-abroadranking33.

Colleges in India follow same pattern for admission. Either PCB or PCM percentage in aggregate is considered generally. It depends on choice of field you want to take up further. Foreign colleges, add up English language too.

Hi, You can enquire or check with the colleges for scholarship opportunities. Scholarships are given mainly on merit, you will be considered at the time of application for such scholarships. You can check the details on an university website. You can also check Aga Khan Scholarships, Fullbright Scholarships, British Council Scholarships, Commonwealth Scholarships to study in the UK etc. A helpful list below to filter out the appropriate options on basis of your budget and profile:

Hi Vihaan, A very good question, you will be relieved to know that you can apply without your final class 12th marks. Instead of your class 12th board marks, you are supposed to submit predicted scores, usually submitted by the teachers. You are advised to visit the common app portal to know the application requirements to get an idea and if you have any doubt you can drop them an email or contact the university directly. On the basis of your predicted score, you may get an offer which will be conditional. I will advise you get these clarified with the universities before applying. Here is the common app portal:

No, work experience is not required for MS, you just have to give your GRE and IELTS/TOEFL for the language test. Almost, in every university, there are various programs such as assistantship and administrationship which almost cover your tuition fee and they also provide some stipend to students. Higher your GRE and IELTS score, better the scholarship. Also, write a good SOP. It also helps you in getting a scholarship.

Hi Shrinkhala,
This is a grey area and I will advise you to contact UGC directly. As per news and updates, if a candidate has registered before 2009 there is no need to take the NET but there is no update on how far this has been implemented. The requirements also depend on your area of research, university recognition in India and so on. You may also contact some universities and create a personal rapport to understand the requirements and flexibility. Unfortunately, nothing much can be advised now. You may go through these which are just proposals.
