Suggesting colleges based only GRE score is not so easy and not correct. Your GRE score is very good but you must also check your academic percentile, what the universities prefer, what you want to study, program specific requirements etc. If you are an academically strong student you can check good universities like University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Texas A&M, USC Marshall, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo etc. There will be more options depending on your profile. You have to check university websites for the requirements and apply.

To study in USA, you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. The application process including taking these tests must start one year ahead of the desired intake. Its a time consuming process, each university has its deadlines and admission intakes, so you simply can't decide to apply on a random date. Universities generally start classes during Aug-Sept, so you must start the process a year ahead. To begin with please visit university websites and check the programs offered, admission information , deadlines etc. Prepare for your tests. Its okay to have a year gap and you can engage in some good extracurricular activities

Admissions for MS in USA is normally based on your academics but it's not only this. There are many other things that too are considered. Proficiency in English, your previous academic records, etc. There are many nuances. It is best if you could approach an agency that deals with sending students to the USA.

Hi Ripunjay, almost every university accepts, however some universities give more preference to TOEFL than IELTS. You will find it on the websites. It is difficult to list out particular names out of almost 5000 universities in USA. See here and check the requirements!
