Hi Thriveni,
No university in the world will allow you a Master's without a Bachelor's degree. You must have got it wrong. They may offer integrated programs which you enroll into. You should clarify with the universities. Generally, a two-year Bachelor's degree is an associate degree. After completing two-years, you can get lateral entry into a Bachelor's degree or if you don't want to study further, you may just be happy with the associate degree.

As per the latest MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed between Institute of Management Accountants (US) and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, if an Indian candidate pursuing CMA US sit for the exams in any country other than India (provided that country conduct tests under Pro-metric facility, e.g. Sri Lanka, Bhutan etc. these countries don't have Pro-metric centers), he/she will get CMA (India) or Indian Cost Accountant degree by default.

Generally, PG courses in Fashion don't require GRE, universities will ask for a portfolio instead. They will also ask for TOEFL scores. Please check for the entry requirements on college websites like Parsons, Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, etc.
