Hi Aakib, you have to check university websites for Ph.D notifications, the admission process is different than other conventional courses. You must get in touch with the department supervisors and share your research proposal, a rigorous follow up has to be done, not every university or the supervisor will respond so you have to research well and be proactive, they will get back if they like what you wrote. Additional tests like GRE or GMAT may be required to pursue the programme in the US.

Doing MBA or MS or even PGDM from Canada will have value and your work experience may land you into a job, right after your studies, so MBA in international business or strategic management would be your best choice and Canada is the best place for MBA than India right now and even PGDM from Canada has value and you can consider Masters in international business too, but MBA is better than Master's degree. To study in USA, you must take the SAT and TOEFL, so prepare for the same. You must focus on improving your overall profile vey importantly because American universities don't just look at the percentage.Take part in extracurricular activities, if our want to study political science and then show some solid project work, articles, blogs, etc. that you may have written or taken part in.
