You must have studied Business Mathematics (aka Quantitative Methods) and Statistics in B.Com. Why don't you enroll in a course in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) in India to prepare yourself for a career in Data Analysis. Once you get a good knowledge in BI, apply for a MS in Business Analytics in USA. From the information I could gather, the following US universities accept applicants with a three year Indian Bachelor's degree.
University at Buffalo (SUNY)
Binghamton University (SUNY)
Columbia University in the City of New York
Northwestern University
University of North Carolina at Charlotte
Carnegie Mellon University
Tuck Schoo

Hi, almost every recognized university in US requires a GRE score for admission into a MS course. A MS finance course on the other hand mostly requires a GMAT score. So the short answer is no any reputed university will not waive the GRE or GMAT scores.
