Go step by step. First, you need to enroll into an university for your BBA. Complete your 12th with good scores, improve your overall profile and take the SAT and TOEFL to be considered for admission. MBA programs require not only a degree but also work experience therefore getting a job aftet BBA is the next thing for you.

You have to shortlist the universities based on their admission requirements and your profile. There are many world renowned universities in USA such as MIT, Georgia Institute of Technology, California Institute of Tech etc.These are some of the most selective and not easy to get in. Take a look at the websites of these universities and see the requirements, prepare yourself well and study hard. As an entry process to US universities you must take the SAT and TOEFL.

It is a very good idea to do UG from USA (But I will prefer you to go USA for PG). Whether you will get scholarships or not it will totally depend on your academic profile and extra-curricular activities and family financial capabilities. Although it also depends on the university.
