(a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.
(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years
(c) Min height required is 157.5 centimetres and weight should be in proportion to height
(d) Good Communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be good additional qualification.

There is nothing to suggest but the exams concerned are requirements. To pursue MS in USA you must take GRE and TOEFL. But to study in UK GRE is required but you must take the IELTS. These exams will not guarantee scholarships. Scholarships are on merit basis and if you have excellent grades plus a very good profile the university will consider you for scholarship.

Apparently, both the countries are good and have world famous universities. If you ask about a third country it is actually Germany which has a higher reputation in the field of automobile engineering. You may zero in your country choice based on the admission requirements, post study work options , expenses etc. USA is expensive.

DGCA requires you to have completed a certain number of flight hours during the course, along with certain licenses and ratings. After you gain these, you can convert your licenses and ratings upon return to India. Most of the pilot courses comply with these requirements, as the requirements to be a pilot are uniform across countries and authorities.
