There is no change in the policy of USA with respect to green card holder. Only changes with respect to H1 and L1 visa are expected. You are a USA green card holder you will have no problem with respect to job or higher education in USA. You must keep your green card active .

Hi Jahnavi,
There is no MBBS in USA and Canada. So, this leaves with you in Australia, UK and New Zealand. If you still want to pursue your medical studies in US and Canada you must initially enroll into a four year bachelor degree program there , take the MCAT and then apply to a medical school. For the other countries you must take the following tests in addition to completing your 10+2 with very good scores
UK - UKCAT
Australia - UMAT or MCAT
New Zealand - UMAT
You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check the respective websites for more details.

Hi Koushik,
Complete your 10+2 with very good grades. Take your SAT and TOEFL before applying to Bachelor's degree programmes in the US. Every university has different entry requirements. Also, every programme has different admission norms. I will suggest you visit university websites and do some research on what they require, prepare accordingly. Check this
