There is no MBBS in USA and Canada. So, this leaves with you in Australia, UK and New Zealand. If you still want to pursue your medical studies in US and Canada you must initially enroll into a four year bachelor degree program there , take the MCAT and then apply to a medical school. For the other countries you must take the following tests in addition to completing your 10+2 with very good scores
UK - UKCAT
Australia - UMAT or MCAT
New Zealand - UMAT
You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check the respective websites for more details.

There is no course which can guarantee you a job and when you talk about US it is one of the toughest countries for job seekers. You should be following current news and all the trending topics about H1B sponsors, work permits in US etc. MS Finance, MS Accounts, MBA and MS Management are some programs you can think about. Research more on these programs and related careers and decide.

Complete your 10+2 with very good grades. Take your SAT and TOEFL before applying to Bachelor's degree programmes in the US. Every university has different entry requirements. Also, every programme has different admission norms. I will suggest you visit university websites and do some research on what they require, prepare accordingly. Check this
