Dear Amit,
MBBS in the USA is a better option than pursuing it from other countries like Russia, China, Philippines, Ukraine. Package for the USA starts at 35 Lacs for the complete course including hostel and food. Also, USA has the following advantages:
-Exemption from MCI.
-2-years of Clinical Internship.
-No entrance test as MCAT doesn't have a center in India.
-Quality education.
-Best medical practice standards.
-You don't have to learn a new language for clinical rotation.

Hi,
Not possible to answer if you will get admission. Chances could be there if you are an extraordinary student. Excellent grades, research, and project work, extra-curricular activities, overall you need to be an all-rounder for the same. Good scores in SAT and TOEFL are also required. You must start building your profile, check MIT website and prepare accordingly.

Hi,
You may choose either of the two as there are universities offering best courses here. What will matter to you is the post-study work visa opportunities which are better in Canada right now.
