Hi,
It is hard to predict until something comes in writing. Till now international students are doing fine and things are very normal at least on the education front. Difficulties may arise when you look for a job, however, there are always opportunities for talented people. Your target should fit with India's requirement for work or work elsewhere. Getting a job permanently in the USA may not work out.

Hi,
MS is a valuable degree for those who want to make a career in technical domain. It is like M.Tech in India. Hence, if you are interested in pursuing a career in technical domain then MS will be really helpful in career growth. How much value it will have for you specifically, we will be able to comment, only once we have information about your previous educational qualifications and experience. Also the value depends on the reputation of the university from where you are doing MS.

Hello,
B.Tech and B.Sc courses are available in biotechnology. The four-year B.Tech curriculum focuses on the technological applications in biology. The three-year B.Sc course is conducted as any other science subject and the students can go for the M.Sc course and take up research later. The B.Tech course is the better option. Selection will be on the basis of the engineering entrance examination and marks obtained in plus two or equivalent examinations in science subjects.

You can become one after few years of research which essentially requires a Masters and Ph.D. It is rare to do path-breaking research after only after B.Tech.

Hi,
You may directly go through JEE Mains to join IISc that offers course in aerospace engineering. Otherwise your route is fine to be a scientist. Just ensure to keep participating in different projects related to your interest.
