It will be very difficult. You must clear the USMLE to practice medicine in US be it internship or clinical practice. Check USMLE website for colleges or hospitals offering such provision.

Hi Rahul,
If you have done CMA, you must first look for a job and get some work experience. There are many job portals that can help you for jobs in Dubai. Once you start working, you may decide what specialisation in MBA you would go for.

Hello Gaurav,
I suggest you choose normal Marine Engineering only. Other fields such as oceanography, marine architecture nautical Science etc have less potential. Once you obtain degree and certification, then any shipping line can hire you.

Unfortunately Gaurav, no particular course can guarantee a job but both the courses have immense opportunities in their respective areas. It is the best if you know where your interest lies, both the fields are different so figure out which could better suit you. Also, UK has tough job rules so limited scope here. Getting a job finally will depend on your academics grades, skills and qualifications.

Under-graduation education in USA is very expensive. As of date there is no policy change in USA policy on student and working visa. However, recent changes in visa law and outcry in USA politics against outsourcing and H1B restrictions, it is a big risk to put lot of money in your higher study with no opportunity to work in USA. It is expected that USA policy on the subject will get clarified in next 3 months. Therefore, you are advised to continue with your admission process in USA and Indian universities but take final decision once you have all inputs available to take informed decision.

There will be some effect but it is too early to say anything conclusive about it. Most badly affected will be students from Muslim countries. There may be some effect on jobs and placements but it should be marginalized in the years to come. As a student, if you are planning to pursue Master's degree, you can explore other options like Canada and Australia.
