Despite having green card, you must take the SAT to study bachelor degree in US. So, your educational chances will depend on your academics, SAT and extracurricular activities.

The concept of integrated degree is not very common abroad and it will be mostly at PhD level as the candidates by that time have decided their career path. Hence, you may not find any good colleges in it. It would be better to go for BBA first and then you may choose specialisation for MBA as per your experience.

MIT is one of the top most universities and hence the admissions are equally competitive. There is no set strategy to get admission but you may look at the profiles of their alumni to see what got them there. Also, you haven't mentioned your educational qualification or the course you wish to go for.

Admission requirements are different from college to college. If you want to study in a good university a percentage of 70 and above, a SAT score of 1350 + and TOEFL score of 100 is ideal.

You must take the SAT, so start preparing for the same if you haven't. Take the TOEFL too. Complete your 12th with good grades to get into a good university.
