Hi, no exam will reduce the cost. As mentioned in the previous answer the flying school will help you out. Check with them for scholarships and other financial aid information.

No course can specifically guarantee you a job nor a stable life and that too in USA. Even, in other countries you cannot find a course, which can guarantee you a job.

Hi,
No university can guarantee a job in USA or any other country. The courses you take will train you well, and then it's your own skills and networking that helps you to get placed. Even, Indian companies based out of USA are struggling.

Hi Sameer,
To study MBA you must gain work experience, atleast 2 years required. You must also take the GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL. Recommendation letters, MBA essays and your overall profile will determine your admissions.Please also check university websites for specific requirements.

To study MBBS in UK, you must complete your 10 +2 and clear the UKCAT exams. There is no MBBS in US, you must enrol into a bachelor's degree there and then apply to a medical school. For universities you can check the study abroad section of https://shiksha.com.
