When you are applying through common application for the course, you may choose which 5 universities you can apply too. Once you have done that, look at their respective website for financial aid for international students and apply to each with required documents.

MIT is one of the most competitive universities in the world, to get admitted to MIT you have to be extraordinary. Not only you must excel in your academics you must be brilliant in extracurricular activities, research work, etc. To apply you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. Very few top universities will consider your application in the US. It depends on your graduation score now. If you have an amazing score in graduation the few universities might consider your application.
