If you complete your MBA from top ranked one, its a good idea. You will have plenty of opportunities outside USA and this is the scenario. Surveys are showing that toppers (Indians) from top ranked universities like Kellogg and Carnegie Mellon too are seeking and getting jobs in other countries like Australia, Switzerland, etc. The idea of an MBA and then working in US is only a matter of luck. In terms of value, yes, your degree will be valued globally.

Firstly, you have to know that many universities in the US do not accept three years Bachelor's degree from India. Hence you must carefully check admission requirements on the university websites. Secondly, to take admission in Master's programme, you must take GRE and TOEFL exam. Email the universities for specific requirements, sometimes an external evaluation of your degree may be required if its a three-year programme.

It is nice to know that you want to pursue MBA abroad. It is good to have such dreams. Unfortunately, the marks obtained by you in various important exams tell a different story. Any prospective institute will surely look at your academic qualifications obtained. Here, you are likely to suffer setbacks. My advice would be to take some job, try to excel in it as well as concerned academic area by writing few papers, etc. This may improve your chances. Beware of some fraudulent institutes that will make money from you and leave you in lurch.

Yes, GRE is mandatory and also majority of the public health programs require work experience. Please visit university websites, you must email the universities before applying. Your academic grades, internship, LOR and SOP will also be very important.

Currently, Australia and Switzerland are the countries with the highest MBA salaries, higher than an Harvard MBA. You may refer to popular business news like Forbes and Bloomberg and also check the placement report of the business schools and get an idea. It won't be possible to give you placement data of every university unfortunately and you must research some bit on your own. Good Luck with your search.

You must take exams like TOEFL or IELTS and GRE or GMAT. To study in US, you must take TOEFL and GRE or GMAT. GMAT is mainly for MBA. To study in UK or Australia, you must take IELTS. GRE is not compulsory. Taking these tests requires additional fee and has no effect on course fee.

It is a nice thought, but in India also we have good institutes like IIT for B.Tech. As per me, you should complete your B.Tech in India and opt for Master's abroad.

You can pursue PGDM/MBA after BCA for sure but choose a country as per your financial, cultural preference and ROI. It is better to have some work experience before applying to universities abroad. You need to appear for GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS to get into the universities in USA, UK, etc.
