1. Graduate with 60% for good business schools
2. GMAT score of above 600
3. Tofel or IELTS score
Work experience and extracurricular activities are the added advantages. Also, certificates of activities with NGOs also give an edge.
Now, talking about either US or Canada. The most preferred one is US, California.

There is no MBBS program in USA. You must complete your Bachelor's degree, then you can take MCAT and then seek admissions in a medical school. To study Bachelor's degree in US, you need to take SAT and TOEFL exam and apply into biological sciences program. You must be very good in your academics to get admission in a medical school.

After CA, I would recommend you to opt for a course which really adds value to your current level of education also which allows you to practice both these at same time.
I would have suggested you CPA but since there are so many restrictions over practicing CA and CPA alongside and also covered by ethics of CA Act.
So, I would recommend you to pursue MBA global management from University of Queensland or else which is going to get you a really great exposure.

A first class is always recommended. Different universities have different conditions. The higher the grades the better the chances you have in a highly ranked university. Apart from grades you must have good extracurriculars too.

Majority of the MLT programs in US are online and associate degree programs. You should check college's websites for international student requirements and make sure if it will help doing an online or even an associate degree program. You can check Rasmussen College, Folsom Lake College and Keiser University amongst others.

Yes, you can apply for a Bachelor's degree after completing Diploma. You must also check the further entry requirements such as your grades, relevant education, IELTS or TOEFL scores.

The application process is more or less the same. However, the entry requirements are different with every university. You can check the university website for requirements such as GRE, TOEFL or IELTS. GRE is mainly required in US. You will also need recommendation letters and a SOP.
