International students who want to stay back and gain work experience in the US after completing their degree have the option to do so through OPT. Those who apply for OPT after graduation can work in the USA for up to 12 months. Students who have graduated with a STEM degree can request an additional stay back of 24 months on OPT. The Post-graduate work permit is one of the most important factors that students prefer to study in the USA.

More than country it is b school brand that is relevant. In terms of exposure and job market UK and US MBA are equally placed but UK MBA has more acceptability in European countries.  Both are equally good so you can give preference to brnad value and cost.
