Travel & Tourism is the career of today's world. It is recession free industry. You should learn at least basic modules from an institute who provides job guarantee.
A Bachelors and Masters programs are available in Travel and Tourism from various institute having good track record of placement and vocational university as well as IGNOU.
But practical experience is must along with studies. So you need to be ready for travel. I advise you to look for such Academic Institution who are focused in providing courses only into Travel & Tourism. I have suggested you one institution which I know fulfill all these criterias.

Hello, namrata,
I am not clear about what exactly you are asking for, "the least pay"
If it is about the fees , you can check it into the admission brochure, which you can find on website:- www.iittm.net
And yes , MBA in tourism from Gwalior IITTM campus is always best, compared to any other college In the country for tourism.
Best of luck.(y)
