only on completion of your UG you can take up masters. If you are doing a three year degree you will be completing it now. we are not able to understand what you mean by break.
you can apply now for masters in tourism and hospitality management course in Leeds Beckett University in UK. This course is one year and they offer one year extra for internship. It is fully paid internships which gives a launching pad for your career abroad

Ashwani you can try jobs in Tours & travel agencies, you can try at the Airports. You can also try in the Govt sector. For this I would suggest that you read the weekly Emplyment newspaper. I would also suggest you to try getting a job in the Event management sector.
