Hi,
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses is that candidates willing to apply to the University PG courses should have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board and must hold a Bachelors degree of three years duration. Also, the candidate should have obtained 50% marks in the qualifying exam. You can refer some good books and you will get previous year entrance paper and more information on the Utkal University Entrance Test.

Its indeed heartening to see your determination for becoming a graduate. These days eligibility to begin studies for becoming a graduate in any subject is 12th. As you have not completed it, this should be your first priority. You can do this via National Open School. Then you can start your graduation.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc, but chances for government colleges are less, but you may possibly get admission in private colleges. There is relaxation for SC/ST candidates for 5% in government colleges.
