Dutch universities do not own accommodation buildings and housing. However, Utrecht University does offer a Reserved Accommodation Programme with limited furnished rooms and studios for new international students who meet the requirements. This does not guarantee a room for international students. Since, the housing is not owned by Utrecht University, so, contracts are between the tenant and housing provider. Accommodation booking is done on first come, first served basis.
