Both of these colleges, ILBS Delhi and SGPGI Lucknow are good medical colleges that offers many courses. The fees at both of these colleges are also average and efficient. However, ILBS can be considered better than SGPGI Lucknow because of multiple factors like qualiy of education, placement opportunities and competition to get into one. Nonetheless, as per your factors to consider the choice may differ as to which institute is better between the both.

Era University is of the good Universities of Lucknow. It has a solid placement and easy criteria for candidates.Admission: The minimum requirements for admission is 50% in 12th and NEET rank.
