The University offers a two-year full-time LLM programme in the field of Law. Lucknow University LLM admission is based on an entrance test. A candidate will be eligible for admission for admission to LLM course if he/she has completed the Law Graduation from a recoginsed and has secured 50% marks at graduation and for general and OBC. However, for SC/ST the eligible marks are 48%.

BN College of Engineering and Technology located in Lucknow is surely one of the best colleges for engineering and technology if not the best, the cut off for all the courses also doesn't demand a heavy percentage surprisingly, it ranges from 45 percentage to 60 percentage depending on the course. The college is affiliated to AKTU Lucknow as is true for 32 BTech colleges in Lucknow. The other colleges that takes space in the list of best colleges arguably in Lucknow for BTech or engineering are, IET Lucknow, Amity University, Goel group of institutions and so on.
