Getting government college seems a bit difficult, but you can try for other private colleges for nourishing your future in B.Pharma.

Sorry to say that you can't get a government college but you can get private colleges. I might have helped you more but you haven't mentioned the branch and all. Come up with that.

You appear to be in the middle zone. I feel you should first see result of counselling for NIT. Then, COMEDK and lastly UPTU. But if feel you could have done better, then give one more try to JEE Mains next year.

Your family income should be less than 2 lakh rupees per annum. In order to get the scholarship, first preference is the SC category then comes the ST category and the last is OBC category.
