No, you cannot join Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences directly.Firstly you need to give the mandatory NEET examination which is conducted by the NTA for programme such as MBBS and have a score of 620+ marks in the NEET entrance exam .Then after all this the main process is counselling with the colleges of your preference.
