MAAC Dehradun is quite famous for its courses available for students in the field of cinematography, editing, animation and multimedia and many more and of course it's one of the best institutions of the city and state.Although the prices for these courses might shock you because of the expenses, it's also equally cost benefitting if you put your efforts and dedication towards the work,It has good courses related to VFX and yes it will give your career a good kickstart if you're into the business of VFX world and visual effects kinda things. So yes, it can be your ideal place to go.

MAAC, Dehradun is one of the finest institutes in the field of Animation and many more courses related to cinematography, the courses might be a bit expensive but the environment here is amazing with amazing vibe.MAAC is not the best but in its category it's one of the best and the best thing is that it provides a variety of courses in the field of cinematography and it is one of the few in the state which provides this much variety in the courses and mostly the focus is given on the practical terms, it has good career placements as compared to its counterpairs in the state.
