It may be really tough, You can explore http://www.directadmissionmbacolleges.in/tag/direct-admission-in-mba-colleges-accepting-below-50-graduation. Above all its not impossible to get Admission in Top 50 MBA Colleges in India without Entrance test. So you can find Top MBA Colleges offering MBA / PGDM Admission without Entrance Exams.

Among the above mention colleges, you should definitely go in UPES for B.Tech in CSE in terms of placement, academic, atmosphere, campus crowd, surrounding, infrastructure, etc.

I am sure that you must be clear about the best university by reading the other answers and I would suggest you the same as everyone else did. UPES-Dehradun is better than any other college. UPES offers more than 15 specialised B.Tech courses in Information Technology and Computer Science and 93% of B.Tech in CSE batch was placed successfully this year. The highest package was 14.81 LPA and the average package being 4.06 LPA. So, I think it just adds another point to why you should go to UPES and not in any other university.
