IHM-Dehradun is a good college, but if you are willing to do your course from other college, you can surely try for IHM-Pusa or IHM-Mumbai, or else if you want to go for private college, you can apply for WelcomGraduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal.

Its not a college for post graduation. All the candidates qualifying UPSC examination undergo institutional training at LBSNAA.
