It is not good. You can consider BFIT and DBS.

No college is good in Dehradun for MBA. You can take admission in Chandigarh University. Its placement is higher as CU also has tie ups with foreign colleges. Recently, one of my friend's sisters got placed with a good package in TATA from MBA department. Many more companies visited this year in CU.

By taking admission in this college you can get only pool campus. Nowadays, JBIT-Dehradun and Tula's Institute are the best colleges as they have low fee structure as compared to the other colleges.
The best colleges for CSE are Graphic era and DIT, Dehradun but they may have a high fee structure.

UPES, Dehradun is best only for petroleum engineering. Amity University belongs to AKC group.They provide good placement. The AKC group has its own company by the name of Kunstocom.

In order to qualify the PCS exam (Uttarakhand), you should have a brief knowledge of Uttarakhand. You need to prepare GS well. For SSC exam, you need to be good in aptitude, Quant, GS and English too.

UPES is considered good only for petroleum branch.
As per my opinion, in order to pursue B.Tech, you should choose either Graphic Era University or DIT, Dehradun. Every year, Graphic Era and DIT, both provide good placements. Companies which visit every year are HCL, Infosys, Syntel, Accenture, etc.

BFIT is one of the best colleges in India to pursue B.Sc in forestry.
