No, there is no direct entry into Vaagdevi College of Engineering. The college is granting admission based on the entrance to all its undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses that include B.E./B.Tech. They have to appear for entrance examinations like TS EAMCET or TSECET. The requirements are 50% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or three years graduation. Post-results of the entrance examination, students undergo counseling to be allotted seats basis scores and merit, thereby ensuring competitive selection to the various engineering programs being offered at the college.
