Yes, Vancouver Community College can be a good option for Indian students going to pursue Diploma or certificate programs. VCC offer various diploimas and certificate programs that can make listed as skilled worker in Canada. A Diploma or certificate programme from VCC allows international students including Indian students to apply for Post-Gradaution Work Permit.

International students must have had a study permit that has been valid within the last 180 days or maintained status in Canada. The registration fees for Post-Graduation Work Permit in Canada is CAD 255/INR 15.65k for international students.
