Once a candidate has applied to Vancouver Island University through the Application Portal available on the university's website and fulfilled all the admission requirements ie; academic qualifications, English language proficiency requirements as well as supporting documents, VIU acknowledges the candidate's application within two-eight weeks of receiving the same and notifies them in case of any next steps required to complete their application.When a decision is taken, students are notified about their admission status through an official email sent by the university.
