Most of the good colleges are mainly in Toronto, but as you said to list out colleges in Vancouver, I will list out the colleges which are good for banking and finance:
1. Selkrik
2. Langara
3. Columbia

No college will tell you prior if they will offer conditional or unconditional offer letter. You must fulfil the admission requirements to be eligible to apply, if the college requires additional information from you, they will place a conditional offer letter.

NYIT is a private university, so apply only if you have a strong profile with all your test scores in place as chances of visa rejection are higher. You may also check their placements for the past.

Canadian colleges are reasonable overall and the country is considered as one of the most affordable study abroad destinations. Some popular universities and colleges in Vancouver for Biotechnology and related studies-
University of British Columbia
British Columbia Institute of Technology
Trinity Western University
Vancouver Island University and so on.
The salary structure for BS holders may range from on $30,000 to $60,000, these figures are subject to change. Hope it helped.

NYIT is not a university but an institute. Usually, people prefer university education. However, if your grades are not very high or in case finances, time are issues, its not a bad idea to look at NYIT. It has global presence as campuses are located at various places. Placement is assisted but not guaranteed.

Hi Divyanshu, depends on what you want to study. Both are quite famous, VIU is a public post-secondary institution whereas BCIT is a public polytechnic institution of higher education. If you are looking for PG studies then VIU is the obvious choice. Best of luck.
