Vanier recommends its students to have a medical and hospital insurance that covers a academic year at the college. It does provide students with basic health insurance coverage with GreenShield. All students enrolled in UG, graduate or professional programs are automatically enrolled in the college's Basic Student Health Services.Students can opt out of the college's insurance coverage by submitting proof of an existing insurance cover from a different insurer.
