Yes, there is an entrance exam fee for the PUCAT at VBSPU which differs for the General and Reserved Category candidates. Candidates from the SC/ST category are required to pay an amount of INR 250, whereas, candidates from OBC and Unreserved/General category must pay INR 500, respectively.

VBSPU Jaunpur allows the online mode of registration through the PUCAT application form. The eligibility criteria for admissions cover entrance exams such as UPTU/UPSEE, CUET (UG)/ (PG), JEE Main, and/or the PUCAT results. As per the NIRF report, the Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University placements of 2023 recorded 43 BTech students, 40 BPharma, and 2 MBA students who earned a placement. Wherein, the median package for MBA students was INR 7 LPA, and for students from BTech, the median package reached INR 3.3 LPA. On the other hand, for a BPharma graduate, the median package stood at INR 2.8 LPA.According to GJUST placements of 2023, 330 students were picked for placement from 77 companies on board.
