The current student strength is around 4000 at VNSGU, in various courses offered by the university the strenght might be slightly different depending from class to class but the you won't find a major difference as well. VNSGU isn't crowded so will have a good time here.

For students starting their first year, try exploring the campus. Its infrastructure has a lot to offer. Since students will be spending most of their valuable time on campus, there are a lot of amenities provided. It has a museum, libraries, e-yantra lab, world-class sports infrastructure, spacious canteen and much more to like.

There is no dress code at VNSGU for any courses or for any department. you just have to dress properly making sure you are looking decent and maintaining the decorum. The students can wear whatever they want and so far i have never hear od a dress code as well so you are free to wear what ever you want.

For getting into this university, you need to fill the application form and fee that can be done online, available on the university's own website. The admissions are truly based on entrance exams. The you need the clear the cutt offs. You can refer to previous year cut offs also. There is no way to get direct admission here.

The campus life is very good in VNSGU. Various facilities like canteen, libraries and hostel are there. Best amenities for sports and even placement are provided. The environment there is just so good. Due to it's huge campus there's very much to explore.

VNSGU itself provides hostel facility to boys and girl students on the campus. All the basic amenities are taken care of. Also if you opt to live off campus, there are various private hostels and PGs available near campus for boys and girl like casa, stanza etc.

The VNSGU campus is spread over in 210 acres land. The infrastructure is so good, it facilitates students with everything. Hostel facility is also provided in campus. With the rich infrastructure of University, students need not worry about anything off campus. It also provides fee waiver to meritorious students.

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University has emerged as an institution of excellence in higher education since its existence in 1967. Located in the city Surat this semi-urban university has a campus spread over 210 acres. VNSGU has been re-accredited with B+ grade by NAAC in 2022. Currently, the university has nine faculty members offering a list of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degrees. The university is an average university for BBA and it is good to go for local area students.
