Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is well known for its placements. In 2023, the average package for tech branches was about 19.6 lacs per annum, and for circuital and other branches, it was around 11-12 lacs per annum with a total average placement rate of 82 percent. The B.Tech placement in 2018-19 stood at 96.3%, 2019-20 stood at 77.9%, and 2020-21 stood at 72.9% across a total of 300+ industries, while over 100 drives were carried out virtually for outgoing batches of 2019-20 and 2020-21 only in the lockdown period.

Latest Updates on VJTI Mumbai B.Tech Cutoff in Computer EngineeringThe cutoff will be decided based on MHT-CET and JEE Main marks for B.Tech in Computer Engineering by the year 2024 under VJTI, Mumbai.The last rank, according to the MHT-CET for open students, is around 1000-1500, while for JEE Main, this was something around 2000-3000, depending on some factors like applicant pool and overall performance.However, cutoffs tend to vary widely from year to year according to the competition and number of seats.

For the B.Tech course in Information Technology at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai, the cutoff for the general category (GOPENS) in the 2024 MHT CET is expected to be around 99 percentile.
